Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?

Tracking can sometimes take 2–5 business days to update after the carrier receives the package. This is normal, especially during busy shipping periods.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed and we may not be able to cancel it.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll help make it right.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to update the address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many locations. Shipping times and availability may vary depending on your country.
